After purchase, Natalie will reach out directly to coordinate pickup at the venue. Pieces remain on display through the end of the show and will be available for pickup at that time or sooner by arrangement.

Prints, Books & Merch Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Shipping times vary by location. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges All sales are final. Because our originals are one-of-a-kind works and prints are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged.

Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at nataliepete86@gmail.com with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will work with you to make it right.
